Austria is among the qualifying nations in DFARS 225.872-1, 252.225-7012 under the memorandum of understanding signed between the United States and Austria on mutual defence procurement.
In order to be able to best supply the aviation industry in Italy, our BÖHLER division of voestalpine High Performance Metals Italia S.p.A. also achieved the certification according to AS 9120, with the aim of being able to stock, market and cut to size steels for the Aerospace and Defence markets, with a focus on constant improvement and with the guarantee of stable processes and products manufactured according to the international safety standards.
